This is to inform all CF stakeholders that access to CompEasy is reviewed annually and may be restricted and as such certain users may be unable to access the system. The Compensation Fund is aware of a number of affected users.
Whilst the Fund considers an automated solution to address system access rights, we ask all affected users to send their queries to compeasysupport@labour.gov.za Due to anticipated influx we are unable to provide a turnaround time however resources have been assigned to respond to the queries as quickly as they can.
